Very informative and as silly as I thought the hand gestures were to remember the 7 steps , the professor was so right it is much easier to remember them that way. I was also able to use these steps immediately at work.

A very good course for developing problem solving skills. I joined seeking to develop critical reasoning skill and I believe to a certain extent, what has been learned here will do.
